Refund policy

Every WordShirt tee is printed to order. Please check the garment measurements before ordering. We do not offer returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an incorrect size selection, or an incorrect color selection, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

If your shirt arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, email jaffe9@gmail.com as soon as possible, and within 30 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the problem. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund for an eligible defect. Please do not mail an item back without contacting us first.

If an order is missing or the wrong item arrives, contact jaffe9@gmail.com promptly so we can investigate. These policies do not limit your statutory consumer rights.
